This collection is a collaboration with Emma Wasko, and it was developed around the t-shirt sweatshirt archetype. We drew inspiration from the early 2000s, specifically the Juicy Couture tracksuits, and combined it with elements from 1930s evening wear, looking into designers such as Vionnet and Lanvin. The collection merges these contrasting eras by blending the elegant silhouettes, delicate ruffles and bow motifs of the 1930s with the plush materials and casual aesthetic of the Juicy Couture tracksuit. Through this blend, we explore the intersection of loungewear and elegance through five different looks.
